August 11, 2009 Program Drops, Paints, Tints and Shows Wheels on your Car
Possibly the only thing better than surfing Craig's List for a screaming deal on your next project car is heading over to Newstalgia's website to flip through paint, height, tint and wheel options to finish that beast off.
The intent was to build a clean graphical interface, something to help visitors see what different wheels would look like on their car. The result was a tricked out eye-candy store where you pick the make and model of your dreams, then change the paint, raise or lower it, tint the windows, alter the size and series of the tires and of course dress it out with wheels from powerhouse names like American Racing, Billet Vintques, Foose, Coddington, Cragar and many more. If you're anything like us, you could get lost in this program for a while so plan ahead with a notepad, some imagination and your ATM card because those guys on Craig's List don't like taking checks. Now you're all ready to hit the Wheel Visualizer on Newstalgia's website.
