Fit Old Valve Covers On Your New Motor
You're building out your street machine with classic lines and that new LS-Series motor sticks out like a sore thumb. Ignition coils are covering up all your billet and paint leaving you with a longing for the good old days of smooth, easy to clean valve covers.

Thanks to Street & Performance Electronics you can add small block valve covers to the technology and power of an LS engine with two options.

Their new billet aluminum, CNC machined, Spacer-MAX valve cover adapter will allow you to use 1959-1986 small-block Chevrolet valve covers on the 1999-2008 GM LSx engine platform. With this spacer you'll have to relocate your ignition coils.

There's also a billet aluminum valve cover conversion kit that allows the coils and wiring to be completely housed underneath the valve cover needing no relocation. This kit contains all the necessary hardware to get the job done with a simple, elegant design.

While the ignition coil cover kits are currently only available for LSx 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 liter motors, you can buy the valve cover adapters for Many GMC, Ford and Dodge / Chrysler engines.

There's a chart on Street & Performance Electronic's Website that will help you find your motor's perfect fit.
