Courses Where Caddies Are
Coming Back!
They weren't quite dinosaurs, but caddies were disappearing faster than persimmon drivers.

Until recently.

Once on the verge of extinction, caddies are making a comeback at resorts striving to make the golf experience more enjoyable. In fact, because of the scarcity of caddies in recent years, many golfers have never played with one.

Quite simply, if you love the game of golf, playing with a caddie should definitely be on your "Bucket List."

Here are some important tips for first-timers:
  • High-handicappers should take their own caddie. Better players can make do with one caddie carrying double.
  • If there is a flat fee for the caddie, a smaller tip, $20-$30 per bag is appropriate. If not, $40-$50 is normal.
  • A caddie who guides you to an ace, eagle or career round will expect a little something extra.
Major resorts that offer caddie programs include:
Win a trip of a lifetime.

Win a golf getaway to TPC Sawgrass.
