Keep Fruit From Going to the Birds

If you grow any kind of fruit, you know how it feels to eagerly await the day when there's enough to make a pie and then, WHOOSH! A flock of thieving birds swoop in and eat every last berry before you can say, "Shoo!"

As gardeners, we don't mind sharing with the birds, but there's a limit to our generosity.
