June 30, 2009 Give Your Plants a New Wardrobe
Plants are like feet. They're good for us, life would be hard without them, and we find good-looking, durable things to put them in.
Luckily for your plants, we've found the equivalent of an Ugg boot for beloved plants: the new FabricPot from Hova Design. Yup, a pot made from cloth—breathable, waterproof cloth. Think of a windbreaker turned inside out: It allows air in but keeps water from leaking out. There's a solid plastic base (dishwasher safe) and a side zipper for when your plant needs to move to a bigger home. We love the wavy-gravy design in rich red Pinot Noir, but your fashion sense may dictate that you clothe your plants in Citron or Turquoise. Check out the cool new threads for your special green friends at Hova Design.
