Create a New Spring Look
Speckled Eggs Nest Spring is in the air, and with that comes a new season of projects to get excited about.

This Speckled Eggs Nest embraces the spring season with its natural muted tones. Create this look for your home:

STEP 1: Prepare egg. Apply a thin even layer of spackle to egg. Sand egg until smooth. Use a flat paintbrush to apply a thin coat of gesso. If needed, fill in uneven spaces on egg with more spackle, and repeat sanding and gesso application.

STEP 2: Paint egg. Paint egg Light Victorian Teal or Vintage White. Dip end of stiff brush into Burnt Umber. Pounce on paper towel until very little paint is on brush. Add specks of color to egg by pouncing lightly.
