Felt a Fuzzy Chick
Chick in Garden Gloves Spring is in the air! Create this fun Chick in Garden Gloves project to capture the spirit:

STEP 1: Make chick. Rub candle along knife edge and cut foam egg in half lengthwise. Cover egg loosely with yellow wool and needle felt in place. Insert black pins for eyes. For beak, place a 1/4" ball of yellow wool between eyes. Needle felt to face in a slight oval shape. Needle felt center of beak more to indent to make it appear open. Create heart and wings.

STEP 2: Cut fabric. For gloves, cut two 5" x 21" pieces from pink fabric. Cut two 3" x 21" pieces from flower fabric. Cut two 2 1/2" x 21" pieces each from lavender lattice print, and yellow polka-dot. Cut bows and flowers.
